Every new account starts with 14 days of the Professional plan, free and with no card required. Choose a plan whenever you are ready. If the trial ends without one, the account simply moves to the Free plan.
Yes, at any time from this page. Moving to another paid plan starts a new billing period from that day at the new plan's price, and you keep your current plan until the payment goes through. Moving to Free takes effect straight away.
Yes. Annual billing saves up to 16% compared with paying monthly, and each plan shows its exact saving when you switch to Annual.
Through PesaPal's secure checkout with Visa, Mastercard, MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money. You can also ask for a manual upgrade and pay by bank transfer or mobile money; the plan is activated once the payment is confirmed.
Plans are priced in US dollars and billed in Uganda shillings at ALQE's rate on the day you pay, so you pay by mobile money or card in UGX as usual. The UGX amount is shown under each price and on your checkout, and an invoice never changes once it is issued.
Upgrade to a plan with more users, or add extra user seats to your current paid plan from Billing → Add-ons. From Professional, staff who only use the employee self-service portal don't take a user seat.
